Brittany Gayle is a Mindset Coach, mindfulness advocate, and Parent Coach.

“My favorite part about coaching is watching clients learn to self-regulate and become more self-confident.”

Good day! I am Brittany Gayle, a professional social worker, a mindfulness advocate, and a holistic energy practitioner. You’ve come to the right place if you’re seeking peace of mind or ways to decrease stress and anxiety. Nine years ago, I underwent a profound transformation, shifting my mindset and altering my life and work practice. This shift from traditional mental health to holistic and natural healing has been a journey of hope and inspiration, and I’m here to share that inspiration with you.

Today, I love watching adult clients remember how to slow down, relax their minds, and become more confident in their decisions. My favorite clients, though, are children. It is mutually enjoyable when I host and mentor young people to be more mindful.

My coaching style combines researched-based CBT (cognitive-behavioral-theory) techniques with proven modalities like mindfulness meditation and Reiki to help clients reach their wellness goals.

My wellness practice is deeply rooted in holistic principles and ancient knowledge. I believe in going deep! I address my clients as whole people—body, mind, and spirit. This has proven to be a comprehensive and lasting approach. The mind work is mindset coaching, learning to Make Your Own Time. My body wellness services include guiding mindful meditation and mindful breathing classes for individuals and groups. I am certified and proficient in Reiki level II and some Shamanic healing are energy modalities.

My theory, “Make Your Own Time,” encourages people to go with it and find the courage to live authentically. Make Your Own Time outlines seven principles that guide a healthy and well-rounded lifestyle. People who make their own time have peace and agency in life, even before they reach their dream goals.
