Brittany Gayle is a Mindset Coach, a meditation teacher, and a holistic wellness advocate.

“My favorite part about coaching is watching clients learn to self-regulate and before more calm and confident in their daily lives.”

Brittany believes that every person is a spiritual being having a human experience. She is a middle child from Hampton Roads, Virginia. Brittany moved to North Carolina, where she now practices, in 2005 to attend Bennette College for Women. After earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master’s in Social Work, she was excited to help people improve their mental health. As a young girl, Brittany had a knack for listening to others and offering helpful advice. She was always called an “old soul.”

Brittany has been married to her loving husband for nine years. They live in Raleigh, NC with their four sons and dog Shadow. She is a work-from-home mom and an entrepreneur who values freedom, fun, and family most of all.

In her late twenties, she was a Supervisor Clinician and considered becoming a licensed therapist more than once. However, after school, her worldview changed, and she began to adopt a holistic mindset. This holistic approach meant she started seeing people as whole persons- mind, body, and spirit. With this new mindset, she felt the traditional helping route was too restrictive and diagnosis/ problem-focused.

Today Brittany still used her professional background in combination with various alternative healing methods like deep breathing and meditation to support groups and individuals. Her style is straightforward yet compassionate and remarkably patient. Brittany is an expert at teaching people how to relax and reclaim their power.

In the past years, she has begun collaborating with other wellness brands in the community. She teaches a mindful movement prenatal class with Fit4baby and guides a weekly Yoga Nidra class with Home Studio Yoga. Brittany teaches her clients the difference between surviving and thriving!
