Brittany’s background is in clinical social work focusing on mental health. She was on track to become a licensed therapist in North Carolina until realizing something was missing in her process. A few years after graduate school, Brittany began to explore alternative health measures like meditation and energy balancing with chakras. It was clear to her that only focusing on a client’s mental health was too limiting.

Today Brittany works with a whole-person wellness perspective. Her holistic (mind, body, and spirit) philosophy is grounded in science and nurtured in faith. Many techniques used in Brittany’s coaching programs, like mindfulness, meditation, and breath work, are slowly becoming more acceptable in modern medicine because now researchers can scientifically prove their benefits.
